MEETING RATES ARE AS FOLLOWS:­

Monday – Friday              Before 8:45 a.m.          $100 per hour  

Monday – Thursday         After 5:30 p.m.            $100 per hour  

Friday                               After 5:30 p.m.            $150 per hour  

Saturday                           Before 5:00 p.m.         $150 per hour  

Saturday                           After 5:00 p.m.            $200 per hour  

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND CHARGES:

 

• Meetings must be scheduled at least two weeks prior to the date you would like to reserve.
   

• All meeting setup and tear down must be done within the time you have reserved. If your reservation is between 6 p.m. & 8 p.m., all of this should be completed between these hours. 
   

• All food and drinks are to be catered through Collaborate unless agreed upon in advance.
   

• All meetings will have a Land of a Thousand Hills Coffee bar. This includes airpot(s) of fresh brewed coffee, cups, tops, sleeves, half and half, sugars, stir straws, and napkins. ($3.00 per person)
   

• Adding hand-crafted pastries from our Thousand Hills Bakery is optional. Please let us know if you would like to add pastries, and we will send you the details.
